  • Year 1994

    “Swapna Aamaar Surjya Mukhi Phul” written by Hemanta Borpatra Gohain, Directed by Mr. Ashim Dutta. One time staged at Moriani under Jorhat district of Assam and two time staged successfully at Dhemaji of Assam.

    “Spholinga” an one-act-play, written by Mr. Dimbeswar Das, Directed by Mr. Dimbeswar Das, One time staged at Dhemaji.

  • Year 1996

    “Guwenika Aaru Sunali Phal” a poem written by Mr. Hemanta Borpatra Gohain, Dramatised and Directed by Ashim Dutta. 45 days theatre workshop in collaboration with Axom Sahitya Shabha, Dhemaji. 10th time production at Dhemaji, Dhakuakhana and Ghilamara.

  • Year 1997

    “Paitaachura” a play by Mr. Niranjan Bhuyan. Directed by Miss Ditimoni Gogoi. One time staged at Dhemaji.

  • Year 1998

    “Purush” a full play by Mr. Arun Sharma. Directed by Mr. Pankaj Chetia. One time production at Dhemaji.

  • Year 1999

    “Natun Naatakar Shamasyaa Shirsak Ek Aalusona Chakra” and “Sandita Gadyat Apiolaa Madya Athabaa Naibedya” two one-act-play by Mr. Hemanta Borpatra Gohain. Directed by Mr. Pankaj Chetia. One time production in Dhemaji.

    “Mrs. Adis” an one-act-play by Mrs. Syela Key Smith and Mr. Johan Hempden. Translated by Mr. Hemanta Borpatra Gohain and Directed by Mr. Pankaj Chetia. Six times staged at Dhemaji. “Les Justes” a play by Albert Camus. Translated by Mr. Ajit Baruah. Directed by Mr. Pankaj Chetia. Two times staged at Dhemaji. “Bibhatsha Bedanaa” an one-act-play by Mr. Hemanta Borpatra Gohain, Directed by Mr. Pankaj Chetia. Four times staged at Dhemaji. “Swaadhinataa” an one-act-play by Mr. Pankaj Chetia and Directed by Mr. Pankaj Chetia Two times production at Dhemaji and time staged each of Nagaon and Biswanath Chariali.

  • Year 2001

    “Jarorowa Paroja” and “Haatee aaru Phaandi” written by Munin Bhuyan. Directed by Mr. Pankaj Chetia. Fift times staged at Dhemaji. A 45 days theatre workshop cum production. Collaboration production – Duliajan Oil Club’s Munchi Prem Chandra’s “Bhudh” and “Miri Jiyari”. Two days production in Dhemaji.

  • Year 2002

    “Miri Jiyari” – A novel by Rajani Kanta Bordoloi. Dramatized and directed by Mr. Pankaj Chetia. Invitation show at Sirimanta Sankar Dev Kalakshetra, Panjabari, Guwahati, Assam. Street Play – An add of Block Development Dept., Govt. of Assam. Named by “Raaijor Padulit Raaijor Sarkaar”. Composed by Pankaj Chetia. A 45 days theatre workshop cum production named “Shat Saaudar Shenehi Bhani” a folk lore. Dramatised by Pankaj Chetia and directed by Mr. Shivaprasaad Nath. Fifth times staged at Dhemaji.

  • Year 2003

    “Lovitaa” – a play by Jyoti Prasad Agarawala. Directed by Mr. Pankaj Chetia. Two times staged at Dhemaji. “Raja Jidinaa Maak Hal” an one-act-play by Hemanta Borpatra Gohain. Directed by Pankaj Chetia. Staged at Nagaon, Biswanath Chariali and Dhemaji. “Jangal” – A play by Dr. Bhabendranath Saikia. Directed by Pankaj Chetia. “Lazzaa Jat Thamaki Roi” – An one-act-play by Hemanta Borpatra Gohain. Directed by Pankaj Chetia. Two times staged at Dhemaji.

  • Year 2004

    “Tejimala” – A folk tale dramatized and directed by Pankaj Chetia. Collaboration production at Sirimanta Sankar Dev Kalakshetra Society, Panjabari, Guwahati, Assam. 30 days theatre workshop cum production. Street play – “Bidasta Prithibi” composed by Pankaj Chetia which is reflect the flood effect people of Dhemaji.

  • Year 2005

    “Miri Jiyari” – A novel by Rajani Kanta Bordoloi. Dramatized and directed by Mr. Pankaj Chetia. Staged two times at Dhemaji.

  • Year 2006

    Macbeth Cine Art Production present a short V.C.D. format film – “Nirabe Chakulu Hare”. Written by Miss Akashbanti Gogoi. Directed by Pankaj Chetia. 30 days collaboration workshop at Sissiborgaon Natya Sanmilon.

  • Year 2007

    30 days theatre workshop in collaboration with Cultural Affairs, Govt. of Assam. Chief instructor Rabijita Gogoi. “Joymoti” a history best play by Hemanta Borpatra Gohain and directed by Pankaj Chetia. Participate at Axom Natya Sanmilon and win prizes of 2nd Best Director, Best Supporting Actress and Best Make-up Man.

    Street Play of Axom Sarba Siksha Abhijan Mission. Street Play of National Rural Health Mission.

  • Year 2009

    45 days intensive theatre workshop in Auspious of National School of Drama, New Delhi in collaboration with Macbeth Drama and Jirsong Theater. Two seen work performance and one space treatment show.

  • Year 2010

    Awarness cum street play program sponsored by National Rural Health Mission, Axom Sarba Siksha Abhijan Mission, Rajib Gandhi National Water and Sanitation Mission, Leprosy Prevention Committee, Assam. “Bishnu Rabha Etia Kimaan Raati” – An one-act-play by Directed by Pankaj Chetia. Three times stage at Dhemaji. A 30 days workshop namely “Sisur Byaktita Bikash Karmashaalaa” in collaboration of Children Educational and Career Development Centre, Dhemaji. In that workshop Art Exhibition and Two child drama stage successfully.

  • Year 2011

    2nd and 3rd January, 2011- Theatre festival in Public auditorium, Dhema-ji organized by- Macbeth Drama. "The Chandra Kanta" a play by Hemanta B.P. Gohain, Directed by Pankaj Chetia was performed. Two invited groups "Akhara Ghar" of Di-brugarh and Dibrugarh University also participated in the festival and they performed "Chup Ek Prashahan" by Ashim Sharma and "Ban" by Pranjal Buragohain. On 26th March, 2011- The play "Joymoti" by Hemanta B.P. Gohain, Directed by Pankaj Chetia was performed in Rajani Kanta Bordoloi Auditorium as a response to the invitation of Gogamukh Gona Natya Bahini. On 23rd to 28th December, 2011- The group prepared a production "Rudha Pabahini" composed and directed by Pankaj Chetia which was a part of the project on performing indentity, organized by Badungduppa, Rampur, Goal-para, Assam in collaboration with India Foundation for the arts (I.F.A.) Banglore, India. The performance was staged in many places like Goalpara Shipajhar, Dhemaji, Jorhat, Tinsukia etc.

  • Year 2012

    From 15th Jun to 15th July 2012, it had started a workshop for the artis-tistes ,where more than 25 artistes participated under the guidance of South Indian Drama artist Anis Victor and famous drama activist of Assam Dipjoyti Kakati, Panka-jChetia, and gave lessons on using body language voice modulation etc. in drama. From August 2012 two dram's 'Abu tung-gurung the legend ' and 'Shabdar para Nishbdoloi' were rehearsed till it is staged. The stage shows of the drama Abu tung-turung and Shab-dar pora Nishobdoloi was acted in Noisorgik Khetra on 15th of November at the pres-ence of written critic Humen Gohain. In november, at Naisorgik Natyakhetra, dramas like "Moi tomak beya pao Rabon', "Mandra", "Abu tung-turung", "shabdar pora Nishobdoloi" were continuously staged with unprecedented interest of audience. The rehearsal of 'Sukafa' under the direction of Pankaj Chetia started from 10th December. It was performed in under the sal tree Goalpara, sponsored by India Foundation for the Art, Banglore at the project- performing identity- Shows of the drama were also held in Sipajhar and Dhemaji.

  • Year 2013

    In the beginning of the year 2013, Macbeth drama opened a website- ww-w.macbethdrama.org and the opening ceremony was held on 12th January, 2013 at Macbeth Drama office premises. From 21st June to 19th July, Macbeth Drama organ-ized a Children theatre workshop in collaboration with Lions Club, Dhemaji. On the oc-casion of Independence day Macbeth Drama performed a patriotic play "Pioly Phukan" on behalf of Dhemaji District Administration. From 20th September 2013- The group stared rehearsal for its grand production "Joymoti" and performed at Rabindra Bhawan, Guwhati, in association with Cultural Affairs, Govt. of Assam. From 20th November two New Drama "Bihu Mari Thakibar Man" and "Bicchoo" under the production of Macbeth Drama were staged at Experimental Folk Culture and Indigenous Art Festival, 2013 at Noisargik Natya Khetra Ghulichuk, Bhehpara. Macbeth drama had performed in District Auditorium on 22nd and 23rd December of the fore said dramas. The group organized Experimental Folk Culture and Indigenous Art Festival in support of Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India under the scheme Cultural Function Grant.

  • Year 2014

Macbeth drama had performed in District Auditorium on 22nd and 23rd December. The group organized Experimental Folk Culture and Indigenous Art Festival in support of Min-istry of Cultural, Govt. of India under the scheme Cultural Function Grant.

  • Year 2015

    Macbeth drama participated Rongpoi National Art Festival which was held from 4th to 6th April, 2014 at Dibrugarh University with its grand production Abu Tuntuntrung The Legend. The group participated at Joya Dibakh Organized by All Tai Ahom Students' Union on Chimen Chapari Public Auditorium with its grand production Joymoti. The Group participated in an Intimate production in Dhakhuakhana to the play Bihu Mari Thakibor Mon. In Children Educational & Career Development Centre with support from Asom Natya Sonmilon Macbeth Drama organized A Children theatre workshop and the Production of the folk story "Sat Shudar Chenehi Bhani" as well " Tell of Sissifus". For the help of flood affected people of the District the group run a awareness play "Amak Sahai Kara". From 5th to 6th November, 2014 the group startd performing its new production "Achal Mudra" dramatized and directed by Pankaj Chetia at Public Auditorium, Dhemaji. From 13th to 15th November, 2014 the group run an awareness play about witch hunting namely "Moi Daini Nahoi" along with Dhemaji District Police Administration. The group invited Sandbox Theater from Banglore to perform their popular production "Koogu" by Ansih Victor, Benglor and Michal Casanovas, from France on 20th Novem-ber, 2014 at Macbeth Drama Premises. From December 1st Week the group run a production based on Sonowal Kachari Com-munity of Assam namely "Bhumiputrar Bishad Gatha". The group organised a theatre workshop at Silapathar Santipur in collaboration with Dhemaji Cultural Centre, Govt. of Assam and produced play "Kanchanmotir Vishad Gatha" and a child play "Siyalar Sapun." The group participated in an awareness programme Swatcha Bharat Mission and pe-formed street play in various places of Dhemaji Districtthat was supported by Dhemaji District Administration, Dhemaji.

  • YEAR- 2016

    The group proposes to organise artiste preparation workshop where the famous South Indian Actor and Director Anish Victor participated as a Mentor. "Parasuram" a full length play written by Sahitya Academy Awardee Mr. Arun Sarmah and Directed by Rupantar Borpatra Gohain will be produced and staged by the group. "Sakunir Pratisudh" a full length play written by Papari Kabi Ganesh Gogoi and Di-rected by Santosh Buragohain will be staged by the group. An awareness programme about Right to Education was proposed to perform as street play at various places of Dhemaji District, Assam. "Dilema" a short story by famous South Indian Fiction writer Sujata Rangarajan and Dramatized by Hemanta Borpatra Gohain and Directed by Pankaj Chetia will be pro-posed to have a grand production by the group. "Athantor" a play written and directed by Pankaj Chetia will be staged in the year by the group. "Bihu Mari Thakibor Moon" a flok cultural play written and directed by Pankaj Chetia will be proposed to play by the group in nearby days of the year. The group decides to give a dramatic version by Pankaj Chetia of the popular novel "Janki-Panoy...the legend of love" by the famous novelist Rajani Kt. Bordoloi. The group decides to arrange 30 days drama workshop and a production by trainees lastly.
